Yesterday I basted a pile of parts and pieces, ready to stitch together today. I also finished binding a quilt. I've really loved my week of yellow, with a bit of black and a few other colors.
I was in a baking mood yesterday, with a pile of over ripe bananas. I made a new-to-me recipe - Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Banana Bread. Yes, it tastes as good as it sounds! And the house smelled heavenly while it was baking.
Today I'll be machine stitching the parts and pieces together. And I have a quilt to baste. And quite a few dog walks... but first I need another cup of coffee while I try to get awake.
