The weather yesterday was horrendous! Strong wind, tons of rain, lots of thunder and lightening...all day! So I never did plug in my sewing machine. By late afternoon it had calmed down outside, but by then I was tired and not in the mood to machine quilt. So it became a hand work day and I finished all the leaves and bows.
It's not perfect, but that's fine by me. I also traced the remaining patterns around the edges - flowers in pots and butterflies. The next step will be to select fabric and baste these in place.
I need to run out to the grocery store this morning, but I'm hoping to get the machine quilting on Autumn Garden going again today.
