Gerda sent me a picture of her fresh hexie quilt - reminds me of sherbet! Yum!
Gerda is a good friend from the Birmingham Quilters Guild. She used our new hexie technique (from our upcoming book) to make these. She doesn't have a picture of the finished quilt, but I saw it - beautiful!

I saw all of the hexie flowers that Gerda was making but I had no idea how she was going to put them all together. I love the way they are randomly placed on the light background. Way to go Gerda!
