Only Two Borders Left!

I was like a machine yesterday. I made four patches! And stitched them together! I added the border on the long left side and the top border. If I'd have stuck with it for a couple more hours I could have finished, but I'll save that for another morning.

When I make a Bonnie Hunter quilt I get tired of the repetitive sewing, but I'm always glad I stick with it. Love En Provence! This will get in line for machine quilting after Autumn Garden, so it will probably take me a few weeks to get to it.

I'm already thinking about the next Bonnie Hunter mystery quilt - I'm thinking I'll do it in Christmas fabrics - I'd love a Christmas quilt for a bed.

I had not seen any deer in our neighborhood in weeks, but we went for a late afternoon golf cart ride yesterday and they were out in full force. We saw NINE!

More and more new homes are popping up around us. The one next door is almost done - the new neighbors should be moving in next month.

TGIF! In so many ways! I'm going to start a load of laundry and then sit down and sew. Sounds like a plan, right? Enjoy your day!

  1. Love the En Provence! I don't know how you can stand not finishing it....I like to have lots of projects going, too, but you're almost there with this one! It's a beauty!!
